Innate Intelligence isalways normal and its function is always normal.
Intelligence is always perfect- always one hundred percent. The forces which it assembles are always correct. They are not correct when they reach Tissue Cell if there is interfererence with transmission,but that is not because of imperfection in Innates's work, but because of the limitations of matter. It is because the conducting tissue is imperfect or the receiving tissue (Tissue Cell) is imperfect. Both the conducting tissue and the receiving tissues are matter which is the third factor of the Triune of Life, and the only member of it which can be imperfect. The imperfection of course, is in the structure.
