"One should not make the mistake of believing that Chiropractic Philosophy is a sort of psychology, telepathy, occultism, or the classic philosophy of Plato and Socrates. It is not a theology. While it may mention these things in passing it deals with them scarcely at all. Chiropractic Philosophy pertains more to the working principles of Chiropractic"

Brain Cell

An organ used by Innate Intelligence for the assembling of forces.

Place where thoughts are made; place where forces are asembled.

    The "clearing house" for coordination.

As the brain is an organ, so is the brain cell- a smaller unit.

    The workshop of Innate Intelligence.

Metabolistically, it is the tissue cell requiring mental impulses, blood and serum.

A brain cell is a cell of the nervous tissue- one of the 4 primary tissues. It has many of the characteristics of other tissue cells, having a body and a nucleus. Its widest difference from other cells is its branches [axons]. It has many branches; in fact it has so many of them, that a drawing or photograph of a brain cell looks like the map of the Amazon River.

Very long axons [branches] pass from brain cells through the foramen magum of the cranium. There are so many of these, that they form a cylinder called the spinal cord. Through this cord the axons pass to the spinal nerves, which branch and ramify to all parts [cells] of the body.
